Do you charge a call-out fee?

Not before 6pm. On weekdays from 8am to 6pm there's no call-out charge, you only pay for the work. Evenings, weekends and bank holidays have a fixed £65 call-out, and we'll tell you before we set off.

What are your emergency hours?

Our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including bank holidays. Burst pipes, major leaks and no heat or hot water are always treated as emergencies.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes. All our labour is guaranteed for 12 months, and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. If something we fixed goes wrong, we come back and put it right for free.

How can I pay?

Card, bank transfer or Apple Pay when the job's done. For bigger jobs like bathrooms we take a deposit to order materials, and the rest on completion.

How quickly can you get here?

For emergencies in Ealing and nearby areas we're usually with you within 60 minutes. Non-urgent jobs are normally booked in within two working days, at a time that suits you.
